Eat right!



One of the most important things to live well and longer, is choosing the best food for you.
Once you've decided to lose weight, you don't need stressing diets, you just need to choose the right time and products for your meal! Breakfast is the most important meal during your day. Have one or two boiled eggs, some fruits, a little bit of ham or turkey fillet. At lunch you can get a salad, a chop or fish, some juice and a desert. Your dinner must not be after 20:00h. Your last meal has to be composed mostly from fresh products such as vegetables and fruits. It doesn't mean that you have to become a vegetarian, but 50% of your food is good to be fresh. I would advise you to eat more milk products too. You can drink carbonated drinks up to one liter per day. Soda and beer are not good for the right function of the stomach.
Other very important thing is to avoid eating fried products and eating fast food such as burgers, hot-dogs, etc.
