"Much depends on what you can do yourself to acquire a sense of wellbeing," said the
Professor of Psychology at University of Cambridge Filisha Hapart, quoted by The Times.
"We came to the conclusion that there are 5 basic assumptions related to human activities that affect our mental state. Moreover, they are so simple that anyone can effortlessly carry them out regularly.

Researchers advise to:
1) Communicate more with relatives and to maintain good relations with colleagues at work;
2) to do sports and to spend time for our favorite activities;
3) to be inquisitive and notice the beauty around us;
4) to learn something new on a daily basis,
5) and nevertheless - to be responsive.
